This time of the year is great for taking inventory. How is your health? Relationships? Happiness?

Some say 2012 is the last year for humans on this planet. I say something big is coming which will change life here, and we need to do some work to get ready. Improving our health is a great start.

  1. Eat more boiled grains, organic vegetables and sea vegetables, and improve your chewing
  2. Reduce intake of animal protein, chemicals, sugar and alcohol, and don’t overeat or eat late
  3. Take a :30 walk outside every day, put more plants in your home, and avoid paint and gas/diesel fumes
  4. Do a body rub every day, and give yourself weekly self-massage
  5. Be grateful and do more laughing, singing, writing, cooking, and giving to others

If you do all five to a B+ degree, you will notice BIG changes within three weeks, and your life will significantly improve within three months.
