You know you need change, that’s the first step!

Sometimes it takes a confluence of things to wake us up.

You know, in the morning, it’s not just the sunshine, or even the birds, sometimes we need an alarm clock.

For our health, perhaps we know we are overweight, but maybe we have too much going on or are unsure how to approach the changes.

Then the health issue arises–nightsweats, heart palpitations, a rash, an allergic reaction, a severe head or backache, or perhaps you just have a sense of impending doom. Time to pay attention.

Our bodies are truly amazing. In addition to moving us around, and giving us senses for outside pleasures, they also can alert us when something is wrong. For many of us, something is wrong right now, given the way our society eats, works, and lives (out of balance with nature).

So now you’ve had your wakeup call. But the real question is, will you let the doctor cover the symptoms of your problem with cholesterol or blood pressure or diabetes or asthma or skin rash medication? Or will you give your body some support so it can give you the life you want?

If you are committed to the latter, that’s good. Here are three ways you can start. Choose one, or choose them all, and give yourself a month to see what happens. Remember though, it may take a
couple of weeks of symptoms to be free of the problem, so don’t run to the doctor, just because the rash is getting worse.

1. Eliminate the use of all dairy foods. Trust me, they are only doing you harm, from the pesticides, to the hormones, to the bacteria, to the glue (made from casein). This stuff is poison, and it’s not even a good source of calcium. Advertising can be wrong.

2. Eat MUCH less beef, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, etc., and MUCH less eggs. Animal protein (including dairy) is the source of most if not all disease, and the quality of these foods is shockingly bad. Also, there is much suffering for the animals, and the Earth, so much so that our survival on the planet is at stake.

3. Eat more boiled grains, and chew them well. 80% of the people on Earth have rice every day. Brown rice is the best, it’s easy to cook, affordable, and can be cooked in many different ways.

More steps tomorrow, but here’s one that you’ve already taken:

You know you are getting better every day, and opening your mind to becoming more natural and healthy. So let your stress be reduced.

BREATHE EASY!!
