Sleep problems can lead to Alzheimers Disease, which is on the rise, and already creates suffering in millions of American families. My wife, a bunch of my clients, half of my men’s team, and about one-third of everyone I meet has some trouble sleeping.
What is preventing you from sleeping well? There can be many causes, but I think we can all agree that in the U.S. we work too much, eat too much, drink too much, have too much stress, and are subjected to too many toxins.
We can all make improvements in our daily lives that can contribute to better sleep, from going to bed earlier, to eating less sugar, to avoiding eating, stress, caffeine, exercise and screen time before bed, to buying a more comfortable bed.
Another consideration is eating too much meat, eggs and dairy foods, which contribute to sleep apnea. Vegans don’t have sleep apnea, but doctors will never tell you that, because they make money on managing sleep apnea.
My experience over 57 years, is that I sleep well most every night, and can nap or go to sleep earlier to catch up after a bad night. Over time, I have developed, and used others’ techniques with success, and I have helped quite a few clients improve their sleep. Read on and get better rest tonight!

What about Melatonin? I am reading that melatonin works for sleep, and that it might even prevent Covid-19. But, I do not like drugs, and so I am not a proponent of melatonin. However, look into it if you want to.
Good luck, and goodnight!
