Today my wife and I cooked all three meals. We like to do this on the weekends when we can, to strengthen our health, and save money.
Breakfast:
- Brown Rice W/ Wheat Berries
- Sautéed Collards & Cauliflower
- Pickle
Lunch:
- Salmon Salad In Whole Wheat Pita
- Kinpira (long sautéed burdock, carrots, lotus root)
- Potato Chips
Snacks:
- Blueberry Muffin
- Sweet Vegetable Drink
- Cashews
- A few sips of Beer
- Frozen yogurt
Dinner:
- Miso Soup With Black Noodles
- Aduki Beans w/ Squash & Kombu
- Homemade Wontons w/ Veggie Filling In Soy Sauce
- Steamed Radish Greens
- Umeboshi Plum
I ate a LOT today, but also got a lot of physical activity, including raking and hauling leaves, riding a bike, playing ball and doing my morning do-in routine.
