- Take one or more daily nature walks, and lie down there for a bit
- Drink 1-3 cups of black tea with lemon per day; avoid cold drinks
- Eat raw, minced, aged :30 garlic
- Irrigate your throat and sinuses with hot salty water
- Have miso soup or shoyu soup several times per week
- Avoid all conventional animal food, esp. beef, pork, chicken and eggs
- Get plenty of sleep, limit screen time, and sing or laugh often
- Wash hands often, take precautions when bringing supplies home
- Eat plenty of leafy greens, cauliflower, broccoli, and lotus root
- Work on your breath and do yoga, pilates, self-massage, etc. daily
