Here’s the fix for our economy, environment, health and happiness…
1. Eat out half as often
2. Eat half as much animal products and sugar, and buy less processed/artificial foods
3. Cook with brown rice, other grains, organic land/sea vegetables, beans, nuts & seeds
4. Stop putting makeup and nailpolish on kids; use fewer beauty products in general
5. Stop using chemical fertilizers, bug spray, Hi VOC paints, harsh cleaners
6. Take more walks outside instead of TV, surfing the web and playing video games
7. Make loans to family and friends instead of relying on banks
8. Spend more time with family and friends instead of working
9. Take up a hobby
10. Be thankful for everything you have, and see the best points in others
