Here are my Top 10 Ideas to Relax this summer:
- Avoid Pizza, Eggs, and BBQ/Grilled Chicken, Beef, Pork & Tuna
- Reduce Salt, and Replace with Sea Salt, especially in chips, nuts, cereal, bars, etc.
- Go for multi-grain, whole grain, or sour dough vs.
