In our home, we do a few weird things that make a huge difference. Maybe you will start doing them also.
Top 10 Secrets to Vibrant Health
- Filter your drinking water for impurities and fluoride, and your shower water for chlorine
- Use a hot water bottle for your tummy before bed, and enjoy the steam from the dishwasher
- Have lemon-water or cider vinegar upon rising
- Drink spring water upon rising, and before and after meals, but not during meals
- Do a daily body rub, with a white cloth and hot water, before your daily shower
- Take a nature walk every morning, and lie down on the grass or pine needles
- Avoid animal foods as much as possible, especially chicken, beef, pork and cheese/milk.

I know I’ve been eating like a maniac over the past 3-4 weeks.
The rainy weather, and the stress of my daughter’s college choice and final weeks of high school, as well as my son’s visit have been intense.
But, I know the mistakes I’ve made:
- Too much animal food
- Too much sugar from desserts and alcohol
- Too much bread
- Too many restaurant meals and eating late
- Missed workouts and lack of sleep

- It is winter and you are very physically active
- You are buying organic meat, dairy and eggs, or going to organic restaurants
- You are eating small portions, and eating brown rice, radishes, other veggies
- You are fasting for one day per week
- You don’t have colon cancer, heart disease, or Alzheimer’s in your family
- Your cholesterol or blood sugar is not high
- Your weight is not excessive
- You understand the implications for the animals, and for the planet
- Be very careful, as your karma may be challenged
