I know a lot of people with minor issues, and most are relying on testing, procedures and medications, as well as a few environmental changes, such as changing to a HEPA filter, and buying organic and local produce.
Hey, baby steps are FINE, because every little bit gives you more confidence, energy to look at deeper changes, and opens you up to new people so you can find your own path.
It’s not all about the food. But food does count, so follow these rules:
- Eat less, chew more, quality (local, plant foods, less processed)
- Cook your own food. Restaurant food is mostly horrible for you.
- Don’t eat after 8pm, period.
- Take a long walk before or after meals, and at the beginning of your day
- Body rubs improve circulation, digestion and mood
