- Avoid Pizza, Eggs, and BBQ/Grilled Chicken, Beef, Pork & Tuna
- Reduce Salt, and Replace with Sea Salt, especially in chips, nuts, cereal, bars, etc.
- Go for multi-grain, whole grain, or sour dough vs. white bread and pasta
- Limit alcohol to one drink of beer or sake
- Eat bulghur, long grain brown rice, millet, barley, and corn often
- Take a long walk in the woods every day
- Don’t eat after 8pm; meditate and be grateful each evening before bed
- Spend less time online, and more time outside with the people you love
- Get a massage, or give yourself a massage
- Eat lots of local, organic greens, sea vegetables, mushrooms and sprouts
