Hearty miso soup and sweet brown rice w/ millet

Miso soup can be made thin or chunky (pictured), super healthy, normal or fun (white miso is sweeter, like you get a restaurant, but not for healing), and it can be either clear or blended. It’s good to vary your diet!

Baked squash, cauliflower, rice, veg and dark miso soup.
