All of David’s Organic beverages and meals are made locally, in small batches, with love, more than you can say for most of the competition.
Also, we buy organic produce when available. All carrots and green cabbage (HVT) are organic, as are scallions (Carrot Daikon Drink). There is a dash of Shoyu (has wheat!) but we can substitute Tamari if you are gluten intolerant.
Onions and squash depends on supply and price. We’d rather buy local and clean if not certified, than questionable organic produce from Mexico or Chile. Same with our beets and green apples (for our carrot juice), and our ginger.
Our dried daikon and shiitake mushroom come from Japan.
Our shiitake mushrooms and ume plums come from various sources, mainly originally from Japan. Brown rice also from various sources, often either Lundberg in the USA, or from Japan.
