One Big Health Secret

You’ve read my rants about food. You know I believe it’s big in creating health. But there are so many other things you can do everyday that are separate from food.

Here’s a big one. This morning, I took a three mile walk in nature, with a good friend. We walked to the water’s edge, and talked about our projects and our families and our frustrations, before the traffic, finishing at 6:45am.

Do you walk outside every day for at least :15 to :30? It does not need to be a fast walk, just a chance to better digest your previous meal and your life on this new day. A chance to see the beauty and wisdom and nature, and appreciate life.
