My Healing Breakfast

Today I had brown rice w/ lentils, corn grits, steamed kale, broccoli & onions, and a pickle. Low sodium, low sugar, no animal, and no yeast or other chemicals. I don’t need to watch my cholesterol, weight or ever see the doctor, my food bill is low, and I’m HAPPY and PRODUCTIVE.
