My Cleanse For This Week

-Cup of bancha tea upon rising, then small amount of brown rice and sauteed veg. for breakfast

-Sweet Vegetable Drink mid morning

-Light lunch of sour dough bread with sauteed portabella mushroom and onion (no lunch later in week)

-SVD mid afternoon (alternate with hot apple juice or carrot juice throughout the week)

-No dinner, or a small bowl of miso soup or shoyu broth

LOTS OF LIGHT YOGA AND MEDITATION, POSSIBLY THAI CHI ETC.

I am confident I will look and feel better, and be in a better mood with higher productivity.
