David cooks miso soup 500 different ways. How is that possible?
Well, we have six different types of miso in our fridge currently. Hacho, Barley, Azuki, Chick Pea, white and red miso.
We can make a clear, chunky, or blended soup, and of course we can mix two or more misos together.

Then we add ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, tofu, kale, wakame sea vegetable, squash, scallions and more, if desired.
All for $10 per pint, delivered in Metrowest, for members only! Remember to use it within a couple of days, and not to boil it.
