1. Boil brown rice, grains, organic, land & sea veg
2. Enjoy barley, millet, quinoa, oats, buckwheat etc.
3. Steam, Sauté, fry and boil organic veg in season
4. Enjoy legumes, beans, mushrooms, nuts & seeds
5. Try miso, daikon, shiitake, ume, ginger & sesame
6. Limit fruit, and avoid sugar, alcohol and coffee
7. Avoid fast food, GMOs, animal foods
8. Eat less, chew more, sleep matters!
