It's Me, It's Not You!

It seems like it’s the same day that three jerks try to run me off the road, and I also have to go postal on a phone call from a telemarketer. It makes sense, and I’ll tell you why…

People are wacky, self-centered, and under stress these days. But more important, we get angry or upset because of our “condition.” On a good day, we can tolerate a lot of annoyance and disruption, because we are FLEXIBLE. On a bad day, when our organs are feeling tight, we easily overload, and then the world gets a piece of our mind.

What are the keys to success? First, recognize your general condition, as YANG (active, impatient, angry occasionally, strong) or YIN (passive, patient, giving, weak).

Next, help your condition by eating foods and doing activities that either RELAX (for YANG) or ACTIVATE (for YIN) your body. More on this in coming entries. But most importantly, if you are feeling VERY unbalanced, one way or another, make sure you catch yourself before you do something that you would regret later.
