Intro to Macro Cooking Last Night

I love that some people are open to learning new things.

Adult education is a great format because the teachers are just people who are happy to be teaching for one day, and because the classes are short and full of unexpected fun.

I had a class of nine last night in Framingham, and we made a nice meal consisting of:

-Jasmine Brown Rice w/ Lentils
-Creamy Broccoli & Squash Miso Soup
-Pressed Salad
-Stir-fried Vegetables (shown below)
-Berry Kanten (like jello)

While I threw a bit of a curve by lightening up the menu (energetically), I believe the food was more enjoyable, and it provided more learning. But I want people to know that simpler meals are fine, and come together more quickly.

Lots of great questions, on cooking, and on health. I also gave a few examples of yin and yang, but was not sure of the colors in the symbol for yin and yang. To confirm, black is yin and white is yang.
