My client today complained he has to get up at night 3-4 times to pee. This is very common, even younger than his 80 years. Heck, it happens to me (at 53) when I drink or eat sugar after 4pm.
Ready for an easy cure? I’m talking about NO DRUGS, and something that no doctor would ever tell you, yet it’s easy, fast, inexpensive, healthy and delicious!!
Of course I’m talking about Millet, the grain that is most often found in bird seed.
Go get a bag at Whole Foods and transfer it to a jar at home.
Here’s what you do:
- Rinse a generous 1/3 cup of millet and put in a saucepan. Add one cup spring water and a small pinch of sea salt (if you must, you can add a bit of smart balance for flavor; pepper is nice too).
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and let stand for 20 minutes. Fluff and enjoy with dinner. Chew well!!
