You are scared—not just for yourself, but for your kids and parents. I get it.
Immunity is possible! Whether it be through exposure to Coronavirus, or just a strong immune system.
Luckily, my wife Carol and I have been studying immunity and natural health for over thirty years. We have learned a few things.
Remember, one size does not fit all. Carol swears by her daily ritual of cider vinegar and warm water shooter in the morning. I cannot stand it. She also loves kombucha, and I feel that it is vile.
- Here is my morning ritual for health:
- Stretching in bed (mostly for my lower back) with open window
- Do-in (tapping my entire body, it is a martial art)
- Golf ball under my foot for my digestion
- Fresh squeezed lemon in warm water, with two pills, one for fiber, the other is an anti-inflammatory
- :20 walk in the woods, lying down for one minute on pine needles
- Five minute affirmations: gratefulness, health & productivity prayers for me and others, and remembering those who have passed on
Later in the day I take another walk, do sit-ups and pushups etc., and I eat two to three healthy meals, with water before and after. I try not to eat after 7:30pm, and get to bed by 10:30pm, and wake up by 7am.
