We eat too much, too often, and don’t chew enuf; 3-We eat too many animal foods (beef, chicken, eggs, dairy); 4-We don’t exercise enuf; By eating whole boiled grains every day, eating less and chewing more, replacing animal protein with beans, mushrooms, legumes, and some white fish, we also get the natural urge to exercise more. Voila!
