Easy Healthy Breakfast

Corn grits: 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup grits, boil water, add sea salt and grits, simmer and stir for :10, add 1 TB smart balance and simmer for :02; Steamed Cauliflower, scallions and kale: boil 1/2 cup water, add seaweed shake, cut up veggies, cover and steam for :08, enjoy!
