Some restaurants (besides most all fast food) simply don’t serve any meals that have redeeming qualities.
Tap water with ice, enriched bread with butter, non-organic nightshade vegetables fried in old GMO oil
or grilled in more butter, with a pesticide-laden salad and dressing with high fructose corn syrup. Add the
obligatory soft drink or alcholic drink, and you are on your way to cancer, heart disease, diabetes and the rest.

Not feeling great? For the next two days, eat only short grain brown rice. Chew each bite 75 times. Drink only water, and not within :30 of meals. In 48 hours, you will notice your digestion, energy and mood will improve.
My son asked me who the bad guy was in the iPhone prototype/Gizmodo issue in the news.
I told him there are no bad guys, everyone’s a good guy, but we are all subject to momentary
lapses in judgment, and our thinking is only as good as our eating and how well we were taught.
What do you think?
When you are ready to open your mind, it’s really amazing what can come in.
If you need a breakthrough, try chewing some brown rice tonight, and maybe have a campfire or hike or drum circle or songfest. The ideas will flow, and so will the love.
My family (mostly) eats without using pesticides or
animal products. We recycle, compost and don’t use
carbon-based fuels and chemicals on our lawn.
On Earth Day, I hope my neighbors do the same.
Benefits may include:
-Less pressure on our threatened environment
-Reduced suffering by animals
-Improved health by lowering fat and toxins
-Understanding that nature can provide plenty
Thank you.
