I’m reading A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle (Oprah recommends). Wow, this is a great book. He says gossip is all about ego, both when we know something that another wants to know, and when we judge someone else. I will end that practice now.

Did you know that Japanese white radish (aka daikon, prounounced ‘Dy-kon) is great for removing animal protein from the body?
