Spring into better eating

Want fewer wrinkles, more flexibility and better mood? Eat fewer chips, crackers, rice cakes, toasted foods and breakfast cereals. Eat boiled grains such as brown rice, millet, quinoa, barley, oatmeal, teff, amaranthe, buckwheat, spelt. Try frying vegetables in sesame, sunflower, safflower or olive oil.

No more lip service

Twitter is mosty lip-service. Most people don’t read tweets and don’t learn or grow. C’MON PEOPLE! We need to make positive changes, so we can suffer less and love more. 1-Eat more boiled grains and veggies; 2-

What I must do

I need to help people get to a whole-foods, plant-based diet, because that is the way to prevent and reverse chronic illness.
