morning elimination

Did you have a nice BM this morning? If constipated, or eliminating too little, or small movements, eat less at meals, chew more, and reduce the animal and salt content. Drink a glass of water 1 hour before + 1 hour after meals, but not with. Limit between meal snacks to fruit and vegetables, and take an early morning walk.

Easter for me…

I am blessed to be experiencing incredible movement in my life, personally and professionally. It is Spring, and God is rising in me. I still have my problems, but I have faith things will improve and I’m enjoying the ride, and helping others.

A Great Day For Boston

It’s nice to wake up on a holiday morning, knowing the Celtics and Red Sox both won, and that today is not a typical work day. Perhaps you’ll get to enjoy the Boston Marathon, or maybe your kids are on vacation. I’m looking forward to attending a Passover Seder tonight. All of these breaks in the routine are nice, and make us feel happy that life is not just a grind. Don’t forget to treat your body to a special day also. Do a little more walking, perhaps some stretching, and maybe chew a little bit more carefully, so you can have nice complete nutrition to do all those extra activities well. Enjoy!!

Easy Healthy Breakfast

Corn grits: 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup grits, boil water, add sea salt and grits, simmer and stir for :10, add 1 TB smart balance and simmer for :02; Steamed Cauliflower, scallions and kale: boil 1/2 cup water, add seaweed shake, cut up veggies, cover and steam for :08, enjoy!
