I am somewhere in the middle, I know what I need, but sometimes I either get depressed and give up, or get too high and want to party. I guess it’s my bipolar nature, undiagnosed, of course. Anyway, instead of largely abstaining from animal food, with an occasional bite of cheese or bacon or fish, I had six animal food experiences over the last ten days. Here’s what I experienced:
- Constipation
- Stiffness and Inflexibility
- More Aggressive, Insensitive
- Skin Breakouts
- Foot/Back/Knee Pain
- Weight Gain
- Insatiable Sugar Cravings
- Increased Sex Drive
- Farting, BO, Smelly BM
- Craving More Animal Food
- Gray Hair
Yesterday I also got a headache and sore throat. That was the final straw. So now I will be 100% vegan for a week or two, which is easy for me, I enjoy it, saves me money, and is more compatible with my wife (if not the world).
all my symptoms will disappear soon, and I will ride this high through late summer.
