Cleansing after Pizza, Subs, etc.

Do you eat widely? It happens from time to time, when we have stress, or bad habits, or wild friends, or children. My best advice is to start the night before cleanse with a body rub and a good night sleep, then have grated daikon & carrot broth with shoyu for breakfast, and brown rice w/ miso soup for lunch, and no dinner. Then the next morning have a glass of room temperature water with lemon, and resume life as usual. Let me know how it works at david@kaganmedia.net
