Calories are almost irrelevant

We all know that colas don’t have all that many calories, but they do have tons of sugar and lots of chemicals. Thankfully, the changes have started in schools and government offices. Have a heart, get a heart

Sad that UMass lost its 57-year-old band leader to a heart attack yesterday.

Fact is, more than half of us have heart disease, and it’s totally preventable. We eat too much, chew too little, and eat too much animal foods.

Humans were not meant to eat the amount of animal foods that most of us do, and when we do, it causes damage throughout our body, because of the high fat content, high protein, acid it requires to break down, and even pesticides that are smeared onto the entire bodies of cows at factory farms.… Read the rest
