We all know that colas don’t have all that many calories, but they do have tons of sugar and lots of chemicals. Thankfully, the changes have started in schools and government offices. But baked and barbecued chicken is another crazy one–Here’s a recipe from yesterday’s Parade magazine: Oven-Fried Chicken, has 310 calories per serving, not out of line, but 38g protein (wow!) and 110mg cholesterol (wow!), 13g fat (multiply that by a year and gain 31 lbs.), and sodium of 400mg (also a lot). Bobby Flay supplied this recipe, which may be good for an olympic athlete, but not for the average American. Be careful!
