This is the list of best vegan foods we use every week! Remember these products are healthier, but not healing foods. I myself am addicted to Vegenaise, what can I do?

- Vegenaise—Great taste, but no egg, GMOs, sugar or salt
- OAT-LY! Vegan Ice Cream—The very best, especially coffee and chocolate chip. So Delicious, Nada Moo also good. Avoid coconut in winter
- Veggie Milk—Many good brands of oat, rice, almond, coconut, hemp, quinoa and soy milk. Go for organic and avoid large brands like Silk.
- South River Miso—Start with barley and white or light, then expand to chick pea, red, hacho, azuki and others.
- Basta Pasta, made from chick peas!
- Sweet Earth Benevolent Bacon and now chicken strips—Great for sandwiches, appetizers or snacking, but no animals or people harmed!
- Siete Gluten-free, Vegan Tortillas—Very expensive, but fabulous!
- The Bridge Tofu—Whole Foods only, dense and rich, best for grilling!
- Tofutti Cream Cheese—Recently improved flavor, good texture
- Highground Organic Instant coffee—Low-acid, low waste.
- Lundberg Brown Rice—Be sure to get short grain, and soak for several hours before cooking (2 cups spring water to 1 cup rice in a heavy pot)
