Avoid Colds & Flu This Winter With Veg etc.

People in the USA don’t understand what colds and flu are, and how to prevent them. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry, so big pharma, hospitals, doctors and the government are not going to tell you. I will.

Here’s the deal:

Colds and flu are yin conditions. What that means is they are weakness caused by eating too many expanding foods, which allow sinuses to fill up (upper body), and weaken the immune system. It may take ten years to fully understand this, but what you need to know is that you are eating too much sugar, taking too many drugs (caffeine and alcohol count too), and your grains are unrefined (pasta, bread, white rice, etc.), as well as having yeast and other food additives which weaken the immune system and need to come out, generally through the nose.

To strengthen the immune system, and avoid colds and flu, you need to change the way you eat:

  1. Eat more whole grains (not Cheerios and wheat toast) such as brown rice, millet, barley, oats, quinoa, corn, etc.
  2. Avoid raw fruits, nightshade vegetables, sugar, alcohol, even raw salads going into the cold weather
  3. Have more hardy vegetables such as winter squash, kale, carrots, onions, green cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato, turnips, lotus root and burdock root.
  4. Have low-sodium soups with miso often, containing sea vegetables and shiitake mushrooms
  5. Avoid animal foods which are acid-forming and put stress on the liver and digestive system

In addition, you can do body rubs and inhale salty water into your nostrils in the morning.

Try these tips and see what happens!!
