With my iPhone app, placemat and eBook (see here) now out, I’m getting a lot of people asking for recipes.
I have about a half dozen up here, and will soon have more. Please try these out, and let me know how you enjoy them. They are ultra low-fat, balanced dishes that can give you the energy you need to live a great life, without health problems.
Try to stay out of restaurants as much as possible. They generally add a lot of animal foods, and the freshness may not be as good as you will find at home. Most do not use organic produce, and who knows what else gets into the food (blood, sweat, etc.).
