2021…Time for Healing

2020 was a rough year, and 2021 does not look like much of a reprieve. Looks like the cure may be worse than the disease!

For me, more stress and free time has led to some poor dietary choices. Maybe I didn’t gain 15 pounds, but my weak organs (lung, liver, etc.) need some healing. So here I go…

I am committed to avoiding these foods until the Chinese New Year, on February 12.

1. Smoke

2. Almonds and other nuts

3. Alcohol (not beer), Soda and Coffee

4. Chips and other hard foods

5. Egg

6. Cheese

7. Animal Flesh

8. Candy

9. Night Shade Vegetables & Tropical Fruits

10. White Flour & Yeast

If I am successful in healing, I will live longer, feel better, look younger, and be more productive. Worth the sacrifice!
